How much is the lift costing you in total? Also, are you not afraid avoiding any warrantees by lifting it so soon? Just curious brotha

I'm getting a pretty solid deal, I used to work sales for the Toyota dealership i bought my truck from a few years ago when I needed a break from my big boy job. The shop they use for all dealer add on lifts is installing it for me and basically will count as a "dealership" install even though i didn't include it in the deal as I didn't want to pay interest on the lift/wheels/tires/cmc/ect. So essentially my lift will be covered under Toyota's "factory" warranty when the shop/dealer signs off on it.

Without coming out and saying exact numbers for obvious circumstantial reasons, I'm getting the lift/wheels/tires at around the price of full retail at a good price, with install labor/cmc/alignment/and calibration for "free" essentially. I'm capable of doing the work myself but will feel better knowing it was done at a certified shop/vendor for said companies Icon/Method/Nitto/Ect, and that my warranty stays in tact

My idol hands got the best of me tonight, after taking about an hour drive listening to music on the JBL audio package I decided that like most I HATED the JBL crap they call "premium".

So spent a few hours looking up factory specs and whatnot to see what this amp can handle (since most of the trucks proprietary systems are integrated in to the factory HU) and since I want to keep that looking stock and flush if I can inside minus switches of course. I spent some monies on Crutchfield and Amazon, my GF isn't going to be happy as all "EXTRA MONEY" is supposed to be going into the house fund :spy:

Need to figure out what 2.5" (tweeters lol) will work as a somewhat plug and play..

Ordered new Front 6x9 3 ways

Ordered new Rear 6.75 2 ways

Ordered Rockford Fosgate punch shallow 8' DVC at 2 ohms per VC.

Will throw up links and pics once I get it all in, as well as preliminary results.

I’m replacing all my mid’s and highs with the infinity kappa series speakers and removing my entire back seat kubby molding and putting in a ported box with two 10” Kicker Comp RT’s and a 5x channel 1000 watt Pioneer amp.

That'll sounds good man, I had 2 10" kickers in my 14'. Never replaced the doors though because they weren't as awful as the factory JBL. Do you have JBL or non JBL? From what I've read the "highs" are wired in multiple series and pose a problem when replacing them..

I went with the non-JBL system. I knew I would eventually upgrade so, figured I would save some money. I was going back-and-forth between (2) Kicker Comp RTs or (1) JL Audio TW3-D4 both shallow subs that hit pretty hard in the 10”

Wish I would have gone that route too but coming from the Lexus F-Sport my girlfriend was spoiled with the heated seats so happy wife happy life. I'm a big fan of JL, had 2 12" W6v2 in my civic and it POUNDED. when I eventually take the time to do the correct wiring to add an aftermarket sub with an LC2/6/7 deepening on which route ill go Ill be adding either one or to TW3's, they have incredible bass for a shallow.

Pics of how your setup looks? or still in the works?

Just installed this tonight, I know it will probably take a few drives before it settles and learns the new intake but do you have any throttle lag over the stock intake? Seems that it hesitates for a brief second before letting loose in my case.

Any word on what you decided to replace the stock tweeters with? I haven't pulled the stocks to look at them, but would imagine they are similar mounted to the non jbl. If the Subaru ones would fit, I don't mind doing some soldering. I pulled the entire JBL radio, amplifier and subwoofer. Dug up wiring diagram and ran a 4 channel amp. I installed a 2x10" subwoofer enclosure and Pioneer AVH-2400NEX with Idatalink maestro rr to retain stock functions. Pretty cool and was able to keep rear view camera, door ajar view, tire pressure monitoring, check engine monitor, and some gauges. The biggest thing I lost was the key fob door lock settings. I didn't know they were built into the radio. Sounds WAYYY better, but still feel that replacing the tweeters would be beneficial. The mids handle well with bass removed. Im now in the search for cool electronic mods and lighting switches. Would love a switch Pro, but cant see dumping that kind of cash. Thinking of trying the garage door opener switch mod next also. Will need another clicker! $$$$$$$$ Please keep us updated!

Holding on to them. Never know how long I will end up keeping any vehicle. I need to look into another set to hack up to fill in top section above speaker box. Call the dealer for part# and pricing so you at least have a base price and part# to search for. I’ll find out soon also. Hate the bare metal above the speaker box! Lol. Thanks
