Bought my 2018 TRD Pro October 31st. Love the truck very much. Everything I've always wanted although I do have a few complaints.

    1. Street tires. Seriously! my walk-behind lawn mower has more aggressive tread.
    2. The crappy factory battery. An AGM should be standard especially on the off-road and pro.
    3. Carpet floor mats. Should come standard with the Toyota rubber mats.
    4. Why is the majority of the lighting 19th century? For almost $50,000 LED should be standard.
    5. Although this one was not very hard to fix and not very expensive why the crappy speakers?

That's really the only things that I've come across that could have been much better. Aside from that I think it's the most awesome midsize truck on the road. Also wish the pro colors would stay exclusive. Just adds more uniqueness to it.

I have the sport with JBL better speakers . I just dont get why the PRO as being the elite Tacoma doesn't have JBL . But I must say my last truck which I dont miss GMC Sierra had a Bose set up which would really rock that truck way better than this JBL . Think about that if you upgrade.

You get shitty highway tires so they can at point of sale give you the highest MPGs so the EPA doesn’t ding them

I agree. I dropped to 20 with my X3s. Which is a small price to pay for looks and function.

We cant all afford pros, no need to rub it in our faces by not letting us get a certain color.

All I'm saying is it takes away from it being special to it. Nothing to do with rubbing in.

Jeez I drive almost 3k in a month usually. Well don't have to worry about it wearing out anytime soon, even the stock tires could make it until the rubber rots at that rate.
