I took the fronts out and did mine. Well worth the effort. I took the back seats out too. Did one out and put the other one back in and did it in. I think the backs work better in. Like two-steppin' with a fat woman with them out. Seat keeps trying to lead...

The leather are only in the seat and all the rest is pvc, but it really does look like leather.

I’m sure just as well as the leather in the middle. I got the leather for $359 on sale, so I went with that. I’ve had them in for only a few days, it’ll be a few months or years before I can give a good review.

The full PVC covers use a different PVC then the leather covers which is why the warranty is shorter. It is not as durable or as nice or so I was told when I contacted them about the differences. I have the leather covers and the outside (pvc) portions feel like real leather. Just got them in but haven't installed them yet though, waiting for warmer weather lol.

They had $399 with 10% off during the President Sale, I’m sure they have that sale often just email them

The $599 is for front and back if you have AC then just the front for $399.

You can get $599 for $539 with the coupon

    Brian,
If you go to the Clazzio site then open FAQ’s there’s a video showing what happens to the material while the Air bag deploys. I couldn’t
    Copy the file.

When I install Clazzio, what will happen to the side impact airbag?
“We use thread designed for the side impact airbag. It has been proven that Clazzio does not have any effect on the deployment of the side impact airbag.”

Really not 100% sure. But, they have the thread that breaks away with the airbags. There’s a lot of owners that have installed them, not sure on the air bags though

There is a coupon to take $100 off the leather double cab set. It is “tacomaworld”.

I put mine on with the seats intact. Took some effort to install, but very doable.

By the time I got the headrests done I wondered what the hell I got myself into. It was like trying to stuff a 10 pound ham into a 5 pound sack.
It also didn’t help that at the time our temps were in the low 20’s.
I left the Front seats intact but removed the Rears. Two days later the job was done but it included machining spacers for the Front seat mod. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of going with Clazzio. The seats look beautiful now and It sure added some needed class to my lowly little SR.

Sounds like you did it by yourself?? Only help I can get is the wife, so might as well do it by myself and save the aggravation. How long a job is just the front (I have an AC)?

Yeah, I did it myself, I just figured it was easier and wasn’t worth the hassle getting “help and advice” from my wife.
The Front’s took me most of the day but it was freezing in the shop and I kept going inside to get warm. The headrests
seemed to give the the most trouble, I thought they might rip so I warmed them a little and it helped.
Another thing that gave me some trouble was the Front seat tabs with velcro that get tucked up the seat back, It would’ve
helped if they were Two inches longer. The little instruction book they supplied was pretty much worthless except for ID’ing
Which cover went where. Take your time and you’ll be fine and the results are well worth your effort!
