3rd gen owners - with past repair and experience with the dealer and Corp, and trucks with toppers or weight in the bed.

First off I love this truck, their is only a handful of vehicles on the road that I would drive and this is one. I cant really pinpoint why their so damn beautiful, i think its way the front end, cab and bed are all close to the same size and length on the SB.

That being said the vehicle has some qwerks. I'm reading too many threads on this issue so I'm taking it in for the second time on the first oil change service.

    MT V6 SBOR 4x4

Issues - 10-15 mpg slow down slight vibes in the rear

Whats worse is small root cracks in the road. This is when hear metal and feels like something is hoping up. Maybe driveline, ive sometimes felt it in the shifter to my hand. The rear just can get jumpy at times when slowing down and road conditions. CA roads are bad too.

Anyone with a topper or weight in the back notice any change??

I kinda chalk it up to its a 4x4 and somewhat tall and loose suspension but with so many threads on this and people getting repairs and not its a concern. Taking it again if not for anything but to have it on paper twice.

Thanks for taking to the time to read, i know their are many post, wanted to hear from ppl with toppers too. My first Thread, too bad its not a good one, but yours have been hilarious at times. Thanks TW
