Reminder...Do a Careful Walk Around on Your New Truck

I have learned to just deal with the small body alignment and paint issues on these new trucks. If you really starting looking you will notice that all manufacturers have the same issues not just Toyota.

When it comes to selling your truck nobody including the dealer is going to even notice these little imperfections.

I thought that all new cars were prefect from the factory. I would have never found a 6MT Cement OR if I was that picky, perfect doesn't exist.

 

just looked at the rear bumper on my 1 m old 19 limited when I was installing my license plates, and the bumper is definitely not correct. Looks like I'll be adjusting it this weekend.

 

Dealer just fixed mine the other day and now it’s perfect. They had my truck for 3 days.

 

Lmao, even before I got the truck, I saw that the left back bumper was sticking out more than the right. Still no problem with it sticking out.

 

was just outside removing the glue on the roof from the tape adhesive thats up there during shipping that they never cleaned, and found 2 dents on my roof. Its going to the dealer on Tues to replace the pass side lower seat leather, (there was a burn spot on there when I bought it), I'll see if they will cover it with paintless dent removal, if not, oh well, it is the roof.

 

Bummer , nothing like brand new with dents .
