Just changed my spark plugs and spark plug wires with ngk 3967 plugs and ngk wires.
And I also cleaned my throttle body with some throttle body cleaner.

When I started my truck it idled at 2000 rpm and then lowered to 1750 rpm.
I also noticed white smoke coming out of the exhaust.

    Any idea whats wrong?

"NEED HELP" is typically reserved for people who are stranded/stuck somewhere, or some other type of actual critical situation. You're title is just fine without it.

Doesn't sound like you did anything to cause a major issue. I'd let it run for a bit and see if it whatever is in the system just burns off.

If it smokes continuously, then I might worry.

Sounds like whatever you cleaned your throttle body with is burning off. If it doesnt go away, Id be worried.

Throttle body cleaner should flash off pretty quickly. solvents for cleaning do. Hopefully it wasn’t a degreaser.

If you cleaned the TB while it was still on the truck you could have shot crud into the intake. Unless it was a whole shitload of it you should be just fine.

    The pink fluid was coolant.
