It's not even that that I care about. I just do it as a courtesy to my neighbors so my driveway doesn't look redneck as shit with a truck in pieces.

They put up with enough of my shit lol I always have trucks over and am constantly making noise working on shit. I'm in no rush to get these gussets on anyways. If it was something time sensitive then I wouldn't give a shit. Plus this'll give me something to do while I'm unemployed.

    A thing or two...
I just ordered them already welded up from @glorifiedwelder, so I'm just making sure them and the 4Runner brake upgrade are ready to install when I get the truck back from having the rear reworked.

Trying to decide whether or not to replace the hub assemblies. They're the originals with around 120k miles, so it'd just be preventative. If I do replace them, trying to decide if I should go with ones from @05Taco4x4 or RockAuto for half the price.

Glad you mentioned that, because I've ran both. I was on the way home from FPK and discovered my wheel bearing was shit. I needed a new one ASAP but 05taco couldn't get me one fast enough. I bought one from rockauto, as well as 05taco. I ran the rock auto one, and when 05taco came in, I swapped it out and now carry my rockauto assembly as a back up. Seeing the two side by side it's no comparison. 05taco assembly is much higher quality.

I think it'd be a good idea to be preventative, and just save the originals as spares.

Morning all (what's left of it). Anyone else wash their truck yesterday? Forgot how good it looks clean!

Very nice! Now I have to add that to my ever-growing wish list! lol

I'm with you there, brother. One of the reasons I have a full OME setup and not a combination of Billies/OME.

Sweet. Can you share your impressions of the tune once you have had some time with it? I know there are a ton of reviews out there, just curious since you are modified...

Will do. I think I'm going to keep it mild. Although on my WRX I did the Cobb Access Port with the stage 3 93 octane tune and it was a world of difference. Im not getting my hope up on the power / torque increase just the shiftyness that plagues 3rd gens.

@UntamedTaco has been running OVTune for awhile, and he's lifted, etc.

I gave the front end a good pressure-wash rinse since I had a ton of newly exposed dirt that was a huge eyesore.

Much thanks! I would hope there is a little hp/torque bump, but I get what you are saying.

More the merrier! He's probably mentioned it in here before, but I might have missed it (or my Alzheimer's is kicking in).

We should do a group buy for a discount. :D

Nice...knew I wasn't the only one. I was even feeling generous and gave my wife's car a quick wash as well.

Good luck! This should be me as well in about a year. Well, first civ job in 27 years anyway...

Edit: Out of curiosity, why the relocate to the tidewater? There are plenty of jobs up here. I only ask because I may relocate next year as well.
