    Tacoma Front Blitz Winch Bumper

    With Tube - https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VT3FB-T.html
    No Tube - https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VT3FB-0.html

Our Blitz winch bumper for the 3rd Gen Tacoma is designed to integrate with your factory front bumper fascia for a clean look with maximum recovery options. This made in the USA bumper features an integrated 20" lightbar mount, 3/4" recovery tabs, plus provisions for many industry standard winches. It's available with our without a bull bar for extra front end protection. A fairlead block off plate is included for those that don't yet have, or need, a winch. The bumper is available in a 2 stage satin textured black powder coat over durable zinc primer finish, or in bare metal. It requires very minimal cutting so you can easily go back to stock if needed. (Only requires cutting the lower valance piece which is covered by stock trim.)

      • CNC cut and formed from .188" steel.
      • Compatible with most 8-10k non-integrated solenoid or removable selenoid winches.
      • Built-in provisions for a 20" light bar (22" max mounting width)
      • Proudly designed and made in the USA.

Is it direct bolt on, or does it require cutting?

Requires trimming off a small portion of the factory plastic bumper, then bolt on.

This looks great. Does this (both the one with the bull bar and the one without) work with Toyota Safety Sensse features for a non-Pro Tacoma?

We can only confirm the non-tube version works with the front radar system.

Finally ordered my Blitz bumper after having it on my build list for a year. Showed up 7 days after I ordered it.

Install was straight forward, and the VR series Warn winch fits without having to move the control pack.

TSS / Adaptive Cruise Control still working

Good looking truck. I put on the aluminum one with a VR10s last year and I’m very happy with it so far. I did have to move my control box to make room for the hidden grill light.

Did you go with steel or aluminum? Did you see much of a dip in clearance after install? Your truck looks great, btw.

Steel. The steel bumper weighs 73lbs with the hoop, which is less than the winch (synthetic cable) at 74.5 pounds.

Didn't do any measurements before, but I'd guess the bumper+winch lowered the truck ~1/8". Front fender is currently 29 1/8" from the bottom of the 16" wheel, part of which can be attributed to the sliders.

Appreciate it. Before you replied, I actually put 100lbs of dumbbells under my hood and it budged about 1/16”, so bravo if that was a guess. Stock height (if my memory serves, you were questioning if you should add 1/4” spacers with the Eibach kit)? Seems now I’ve got to be on the look out for your truck so I can see one of these bumpers in person! Hope you’ve been coping alright through this fake spring of ours.

Kind of a guess, but some math also confirms the same. 2x front coil overs rated at 616lbs/inch each = 1,232 lbs/inch

    150 / 1,232 = 0.1217”

    1 / 8 = 0.125”

As for the 1/4” top spacer, that would be necessary to clear 285/75r16 with the Eibach springs. However I’m already able to fit my skinny 33s on stock suspension, so I’ll probably skip the top spacer for now.

Hit me up if you ever wanna go wheeling ^__^

Math, eh? Nerd! Just kidding. That makes a ton of sense and I'd say is a good illustration of how much I need to learn about the basic mechanics of autos. Have we not found a straight answer about the coil ratings? I've seen several numbers from 600lbs to 650lbs.

As I think you caught elsewhere, I have 285/75r16s on with the Eibach springs; no 1/4" top spacer. UCA rubbing in reverse at full lock is so minimal that I can't feel it and it barely went through painters' tape. Do you think I'll have problems on even some of the light trails you recently posted about? BTW, in the same day, I saw a blue and a gray Rivian. Still not sure how I feel about their looks, but it's growing on me. Also, your tires looked much bigger than the 34" for some reason. Maybe the larger wheels.

Here you go: Victory 4x4: Military and First Responders

Got it put on last night with no problems other than my ham-fisted buddy breaking tabs off the valence. Loving the look of it. I also have the bar and there have been no issues with my sensors. Now to find a winch...it's a slippery slope.
