Chatter

Purchased 2018 sr5 v6 in August, have chatter or shudder at 35-30 mph during deceleration or downshifting. Have had rear drums turned, front rotors replaced, rear axle replaced and new drums again. Toyota doesn't know what to do anymore. Any ideas. I feel either torque converter or transmission related.

 

Has it been just one dealer involved? Also, has the area rep come out to take a look at it? That seems like a lot of parts replacement without knowing for sure that was the problem. I hope this has all been covered under warranty, and if so, it would seem the warranty department would have sent the rep out by now.
