    If I live in South Texas, the I'd like to live in the wild country like Sinton, or Kingsville... if it's in North Texas, then I'd like to live in a Dallas suburb of Plano, or Frisco. I don't like the RGV due to all the illegal immigration, drug smuggling, USBP traffic, and such happening in my backyard everyday.
