2017 quicksand TRD OR

Would really like to put an 8 in head unit with Android auto and built in GPS. Found the Alpine X208U.

Checked measurements and it will fit but there is a gap on the sides... How would someone fill these gaps while keeping it looking as factory as possible? Trim kit and some super steady Dremel work?

Opening right about 5 1/8 tall x 9 wide
