Well part of my job is to drive slow and look at things. Sometimes this is at night and sometimes this is on roads where the speed limit is 40+ MPH.

My 2008 Taco had strobes in the front headlights rear taillights. Doing my job for the last few months without them has had it's share of interesting moments. Flashers don't cut it so these are a must for me.

Having a new truck I wanted a clean install that didn't look like a truck that had lights. So a light bar was out.

Had a local guy do the install. He does everything for the local police departments and came highly recommended. The gentleman said he'd figure it out and make it look clean. So I let him do his thing. He ordered the parts the day after we had our meeting. The parts came in this past Friday and I dropped it off this morning for the install.

He put the top lights in the gap between the headlights and the bumper. There was a little plastic area there. Was a perfect fit.

I'm very happy with the install. The Whelen LEDS are very bright even during the day and highly visible from a distance.

Not bad at all, the inspectors for the job I'm on all use Tacomas and tundras. They have the light up top above the third brake and some in the grill

This setup is so nice.. I want to do the exact same thing.

Do you know what lights he used in these?

Front bottom - Looks like ION Light heads in the front/bottom based on the screw pattern.

Front Top - It looks like a different light from the light you have in the front bottom. I am most interested in what light fits in that dead space in the front headlight as your fits really well.

Back - It seems like it might be an Ion T based on when you video the right light you can see the screws at some point.

Here is the Wheelan page http://www.whelen.com/auto/category?head_id=12&cat_id=8 .

Micron LED's @ the tailgate. These allow the tailgate to open. The tailgate will barely touch the plastic cover of the led but there has been no damage to the LED since install and I use the tailgate a lot.

Microns are also installed below the headlamps. They look like they came from factory at that location. If you smoke the covers I don't think you'd ever notice they were there unless on.

ION LED's are in the front lower grill area.

I don't know where the installers got the switch. It fits in the factory switch panel under the radio. Only gripe I have about it is that the back light is brighter than the other switches when your headlights are on.
