    Hi All,

Another Newbie, here is a little about me and my truck. This is First Truck in almost 18 years my second Toyota truck in my life my first was a 1984 Toyota pickup boy do i miss it. Just traded my POS!! Dodge Journey for my New 2019 Toyota Tacoma, Loving it so far just put my first 1000 miles on it. Needed a truck for a few reasons 1. I love to go camping with my 2 Boy and the Scouts probably camping at least 1 weekend a month Rain or shine. 2. I have a small garage wood shop and am always running to hardware and lumber store. 3. Needed something to pull a 4000lbs+ trailer. So may people have already told me i made an awesome decision to buy a Tacoma.

So whats next I have made a few small mods to my truck, center console organizer, added black TACOMA inlay to tailgate but nothing much. I need some good mod ideas reasonably cheap for right now after all just bought her can't afford dropping thousands into upgrades.

Lastly Great to be here and thanks to all who read and any recommendations you may offer.

    Cheers

    Welcome to TW!

You'll definitely want trailer brakes if you don't already have them

Take extra caution towing that trailer as well because the 2019 SR tow capacity is rated at 3500 lbs

    Thanks ripcalifornia,

I did look at that as well the 2WD was the 3500 lbs, I opted for the 4x4 which gave em the 6400 lbs towing capacity. I hooked up trailer last weekend and pulled smooth as butter on flat surface. I do think will add Trailer Brakes in near future.
