    Preparation is key to keeping the Stainless Steel Uniballs in good shape. Cleaning them regularly is something that has to be done in harsh climates (especially ones that salt the road). We do have customers with a variety of mileage in the rust belt without issues. Some with well over 40-50k miles.

    Simple green, a little soap, and rinsing with water is what we do. Add some PTFE tri-flow and you'll be all set :thumbsup:

    Washing them seems to make more difference than anything else. I stopest using any lube, just clean them with a garden hose, and get better results..

    Hey everyone, just saw this thread. My name is Luke I live just north of Lancaster PA, got an 18 Sport 4x4 DCLB.. in the process of designing a custom roof rack with the help of @Nimble9.. got some SpiderTrax spacers on and debadged. Nothing major other than that so far. I did a little dippy dippy on the wheels last week though, havin fun!
