I've been using this one a few years, it's supposed to hold the air pressure till you press the button, but it's been hit or miss lately.

I'd like to get a nice one, would rather not have a digital one. Would also like one that locks on the valve stem.

    Suggestions?

This is a good topic and I hope some folks can suggest reliable and accurate tire gauges. I had one similar but the readings became less precise after only a couple of months. Now I have a cheap one that's precise, but I question it's accuracy.

I have a 20+ year old Accu-Gage M series that started doing the same thing. I contacted www.ghmeiser.com/and instead of sending them my gage + $4, they sent me the seal kit for free. Easy to fix and it’s working fine again.

I emailed them about a seal kit, and they emailed me back a PDF on how to clean the damn thing.

I’d call them and ask for the rebuild kit, tell them cleaning didn’t work!

A little of this and a little of that.
I sent in my 20+ year old Accu-gage a few years ago and got it back working perfectly again. I’m pretty sure that it has lifetime warranty.

I’ll ask about the seal kit next time. Thanks @308savage for the info.
