I wrapped the fenders because I kept on scratching them on the trail. Sprayed about 7 layers of plastidip on them to make a thick layer to protect them.

Yep, just pieces of rubber/plastic to avoid metal on metal contact. Here's a link to the specific ones I'm running: https://amzn.to/2Cg7lFO

Home Depot sells Husky shackles that have these rubber things on them. Pretty cheap, too. Think I payed like 8 or 9 bucks for them.

Debadged the front doors. They were the last chrome badge on the truck & starting to not match anything else at all. It will be nice when I detail the truck not to worry about dirt and grime in between the letters.

No problem. I figured I’d give these a shot and turn out great. Better than paying $80 for other plug and play kits. :D

I’ll snap a few for ya. It’s definitely a bit darker.

You can get the filters for a buck on eBay if you don’t mind waiting a week or 2 for shipping from China.

I like my gauge. Worth the 40$ I paid for it used. It monitors like 400 things. I like it to watch my gas mileage. That was my main reason for purchasing it

That and best way to find actual speed and actual odometer if you have a larger than stock tire size. Also a good voltmeter

Sweet! I picked up a used pair a couple weekends ago. Keep us posted on your progress. You’re like my unwitting projector Guinea pig.
