Welcome to the 3rd gen world. Beautiful looking 01, any reason for selling it and getting 3rd gen or it was time to give her up? Give me a story!

Thanks! honestly i really didn't want to give it up but these last few years have been lots of maintenance repairs and some more expensive then i care for (spark plugs, coil pack, PCV valve, mass airflow sensor, fuel filter, alternator, radiator, thermostat, steering rack, clutch, leaf springs, upper ball joints, front cv axles, vsv and egr valve, and o2 sensor, rear brakes) and with it having 265k miles i could only imagine more to come. Its still running strong but figured its best to let it go while its still really nice and running. I was actually looking into a second gen since i love that body style. I fell in love with the Baja edition years ago. When i came across this 2016 it had 26k miles and certified pre-owned. Hard deal to pass up and sharp looking rig. ESP with some meaty tires :)

Good deal. Your 2001 looks like a sharp truck. Why not keep it too if its paid for?

I haven’t used cruise control in two years (other than testing it when it was new).

    Nice trade!
You can easily live without cruise, key fob, and wipers.
