Hey guys. Another annoying beginner question. Have to learn somehow. But will an 18x10 rim fit on a 275/70r18 tire?

Go to the manufacturers website, get the specs on that tire. It will show you the range of accepted wheel widths. Tires of the same size from different manufacturers can have different recommended wheel widths.

But to be honest, probably not.

275/70R-18 is too narrow for a 10-inch wide wheel and is not recommended.

285/65R-18 may be a good option as it is approved for a 10-inch wide wheel.
