Supercharger question

    I see some 1st gen guys with a 2nd gen supercharger. What's the difference between the 1st and 2nd gens? 2nd gen more boost?

    Boost is the same, essentially they do the exact same thing, ones a newer model ,ones an older model,
    The newer model parts are readily available.

    Older model you might have a problem getting a snout housing or some part possibly but not really that big of a deal cuz there are parts available out there but not as easy to find and the supercharger doesn't really break down too much except for the bearings and those are available everywhere for both the newer and the older version.

    The newer supercharger you can change the oil on it nice and quickly cuz it has a drain right on top while the older version doesn't have one but if you drill a hole in the top and you can change the oil on it in 5 minutes just as fast using a butt plug screw insert on the top of the supercharger snout
