Update:

Been doing re-gear break in all week, couple hundred miles to go..

Also nodded the mod. Picked up a Rough Stuff diff cover skid and made it work.. Fitment was way off so I put some relief cuts in it, prebent, welded, big hammered, and welded it to fit.





Than time to put the rear back together with new E-locker actuator
Didn’t even remove wheels

sick crew! how have the gears been so far?

 

I just been taking it easy... 50 miles at a time..


I think at 450miles I’ll take the last 50 cruz along the beach in 4WD

 

how noticeable are the changes?

 

Slight now cuz taking it easy..
But can feel it wanna giddy up now going after red lights

 

Next up will be swapping out these leaf booshings..
They woah’d out. The bolt isn’t even centered anymore.

Heck yeah I do! I have enough bushings left to service the back bushings on each leaf pack.

 

Mine ain’t that bad but they are due aswell

 

This is what I have left for bushings if either of you want them. $25 shipped. You’d just need to reuse two of the sleeves.

 

Do those fit the spring and the shackle? Chux can have yours, he needs them more than I do but if you have a link/part number for the kit I’ll save that for when I’m ready to swap mine.

 

These ones are for just the leaf springs, because I stole the shackle bushings from it. This is the kit though that has all of them.
