After reading 107 pages of others' setups, I have concluded I am now more confused.
I think I will try 5 driver side and 4 passenger. I want the front end up.

    aaaaaahahahahahaha funny shit

im reading thru it right now, im only on like page 9 but seems like most of the guys so far are doing notch 3 for less then 2" of lift, but none of them have any extra weight in the front. notch 4 for 3'' but again, no weight. I guess the eibach coils do fit on them.

not to rain on your parade or anything but I feel like what you will need to do with these coils will be kind of the same thing you have now, preloaded to shit coil over, especially on the 4 or 5 notch setting. The upside is the spring is rated for more weight, and hopefully you still end up with a smoother ride, it sounds like the shocks are valved to accommodate the proloadedness hahaha

I asked they said they didn’t have it and they haven’t used one before. I’ll just buy one when I do my next one.
A little tempted to see how easy it comes off now

I know what you mean. Lot of the people on that thread didn't have all the weight I'm carrying and they were posting that the lift was too high. Some people reported being on 5 and it was fine. Settings were all over the place in that thread.
Sounded like 650 coil on notch 3 worked well for the heavier setups.

I totally agree. Don't know why they couldn't do that with these. Lot of people will just leave it at whatever setting they have, even if it's not ideal, just so they don't have to do it all over again.

Welcome aboard! I’ll add you to the first page. There we have a calendar. Next Saturday we have a meet and greet. We do all different types of trails from touring to mild rock crawling. Little bit for everyone and the Tacoma is pretty capable.

threads would be nice but you need to make sure you set it up perfectly at the beginning and hope you don't have to adjust after a year or two of winters. Kenlyns couldn't adjust his anymore cuz the threads rusted hahaha

do u know if the eibach coils are longer? its just hard to believe that putting it on notch 5 gives a nice ride hahaha we are programmed to avoid preloading the coil to not ruin ride quality but it seems like with the 6112 you have no choice, but sounds like they still ride well. like i said, its just hard to believe hahaha not saying its not true, just cant wrap my head around it. like notch 5 seems like a boat load of preloading hahahaha but I guess if its designed for it...

@Tridet167 I love that you are figuring out the 6112's. I might want some beefier Bilstiens in the future and you are figuring it all out before I get there :cookiemonster:
