    Got it, last thing I'm curious about is how to run the wires coming off the solenoid through the boot? Do you cut or drill a small hole for where they can come out?

    So I'm getting ready to do this mod and have read through most of this thread but haven't found the answer I'm looking for. I watched a video on YouTube where a guy did this mod to a newer tacoma 2011-2015 headlights and he had to grind down back of the headlight in order to mount the projectors. Do I have to do this with my 07 headlights or is that just with the newer style ones?

    Actually, I think you don't have to with mini H1 7.0s since the shaft is longer. I'm not sure though
