    Ocassion- I’m hungry

Sides- I’m simply don’t need any (which translates into I dont have anything cuz I don’t feel like going to the grocery store) but I might have some pasta now that I think about it.

Comfortable cooking methods- None (I burnt my egg whites yesterday morning:/ just to give you an idea of what your workin with.

Don't cook starting with such high flame and let the pan heat up first.

I haven't hand washed a vehicle in 10 years. Until today. I've washed this blue piece of shit twice today. I also took it for a spin around the hood. I rode the shit out of the clutch.

    Time for a break.
My shop is nasty as hell, I should be cleaning it out. (Leaf blower works good for that).

Take a seat in that rocker there and give yourself 5 before you dig into that. You’ve earned it.

Ok. Is it warm enough to grill?

If so, slice the breast in half horizontally most of the way through. Leave a little hinge on one side. Open up the breast and sprinkle with s&p, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder. Get all that on the outside too. Put your grill on medium flame. Once it's heated to 350° or so, put your chicken on with the breasts opened up like when you seasoned them. Grill on each side for 5-7 minutes or until the juices run clear. If you have a probe thermometer, cook the chicken until it is 165°F in the thickest part.

For more rockstar chicken, brush with your favorite bbq sauce after the first flip. It will form a nice glaze.

Edit: If it's not warm enough to grill, cook the chicken in a pan on med-low heat for the same amount of time.
