    We had a guy at work a couple of years ago that came in messed up every day. I'm not sure his pill of choice, but he went well beyond his prescription. (Or someones prescription). One day he came in and crashed a forklift into a wall. Then passed out on the forklift. Once he was found, they sent him home for 3 days to "think about his actions". With pay. When he came back to work, then they sent him for the mandatory drug test. He passed.
    One day he drove by a coworker and said his forklift wouldn't turn. The co worker said it wouldn't turn because he had ran the seatbelt through the steering wheel before he buckled up.
    He got fired a year or two ago for failing a random. Now he's a truck driver.

    I started off my work life doing warehouse work. I often gave rides to work to some of the guys that were motivationally challenged. One dude often drank a little too much. I arrived at his house one morning and it took a lot of beating on his door before he emerged and stumbled to my car. Later that day the company bigwigs were giving important clients a tour of the warehouse. They opened an office storage cabinet and guess what they found in it?
