97 Tacoma no overdrive

Hey, I have a 97 Tacoma 4x4 w/ 3.4 autotranny. I recently lost overdrive. I can turn overdrive off and run it up to around 60 mph and switch it on and it will shift into overdrive but shifts out in about 10 seconds. I changed all the shifter solenoids, fluid and filter. The truck has 385550 miles and I have changed the fluid and filter every year since new. I had it scanned and showed no codes. I bought a used transmission with 42225 miles and just finished installing it today. Took it out and the same problem is still there. Replaced the throttle position sensor also. Acts exactly the same. Anybody got any ideas?

 

Went back to it and changed the transmission temp sensor, still no overdrive.

 

Ever fix this? I have the same problem. Well pretty similar.
