Help. Removing sway bar.

What's the trick to get the sway bar out without cutting it?

 

Please use a jackstand on that passengers side. Please!

 

Remove skid/splash plate. Unbolt the two mounts and two end links. I can’t imagine why cutting it would be thought of as an option.

 

As alluded too its 2 bolts I think and then you have to move it down/up at a certain angle to get it out. DO NOT CUT IT.

 

OMG this ^^^ just saw the stack of wood and jack stand only supporting the drivers side, thats some sketchy sh*t I wouldnt feel comfortable climbing up under there.

 

Nothing like laying under there with a suicide jack. That shit is sketchy as hell

Jack stands harbor freight like 20 bucks.
Dont cut as mentioned.

 

If you have the front skid I unbolted the two braces as well. That way it dropped out. Not sure what SR or sport comes with.

There's a Jack stand under the driver side.
Just wanted to know what I was missing with sway bar removal.

It's holding the sliders. And they're fine.

For the sway bar. Unbolt from spindles and unbolt the 2 hangers on the frame and remove.
