I haven't seen the green one yet. Have you held one? They feel really chinsy and take a couple mags to break in before the quit jamming. No problems after that yet though.

No not yet. I like the 22 wmr caliber and cashed in a Taurus 22wmr snub revolver. I heard the grip is thick to hold the 30 rounds. I still have a Springfield XD9, and a Colt Government 1911 45acp.

It is thick but I find it comfortable.

My hands are average to large so I dont have much concern about the grip thickness

Mine runs just fine, it's about 3 years old, so it's one of the latter ones. I hardly ever jam more than 20 rounds in a mag, no need to, and it gets difficult.

Thanks for sharing. I heard the later generations worked some of the kinks out. Hopefully I can find one at the upcoming Oaks gun show. I like the 30 round capacity a lot with the 22 wmr which has some more punch over the 22lr caliber.

I don't know about your area, but in mine, gun shows suck. They're crowded as all fork, charge $15-20 to get in, and the prices suck.
Find a good local FFL that works out of his house to keep prices down, and they'll most likely sell to you for just over cost. Also check Gunbroker, my buddy was an FFL before he moved counties, and often times he could match or got beat by their prices, due to lack of taxes and high volume distribution.

Local shop has a black one for 399$. My brother has had one since they came out and its berry nice. Think he did/does experience FTF when you don't jiggle the mag like you're packing your cigarettes lol.

Was surprised to see them on sale at Rural King, a farm supply store chain in the South and Midwest.

A little of this and a little of that.
A friend of mine just got one. We went to the range Wednesday and shot it. He had one FTF (fail to feed) out of 100 rounds fired between the two of us.

I found it very accurate, decent trigger, but didn’t like the grip. Feels like I’m holding a 1x3 board.

As others have said, it’s LOUD! I have a bolt action 22 MAG rifle and I’m a fan of the round. I might buy my own Kel-Tec.

I also thought the grip was cumbersome.

Maybe it was the user, crows and firearms don’t mix unless the crows on the bang side of the barrel

Back a few years ago when I was thinking about buying one, I called Keltec and got an explanation on how to identify those guns produced after the redesign. Don't recall the details, think it was a designation within the serial numbers.
