I got my truck back together today, and she walks/wanders all over the road.
Need a few answers if ya got em.
I am prepared to answer all the questions you have...
I have enough sarcasm, so let's save it for another thread.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
What did you get it back together from? I assume you installed a lift and need an alignment. Also when requesting assistance you might want to be a better sport.

you're both right I need an alignment.
I just pulled it out of the garage to take down the street an feel the new suspension.
That thing wandered bad! Even a day 25mph it was driving a little.erratic.
I installed new ucas, shocks, and axles.
Torqued everything to the correct torque.
    Tire pressure is good.

Yes you need an alignment. I am sure your camber and caster are way out of spec. You have changed all of your suspension geometry so an alignment should have you fixed up.
