I bought my Tacoma a few months ago, my first vehicle with any phone functions. When I have the phone paired to the truck via Bluetooth, the phone functions and messaging work very well. My problem is that any sound from the navigation function in Google Maps is muted. As soon as I un-pair the phone from the truck, the sound for navigation returns on the phone. Is this the way Entune functions, or is there something I can change? I would like to make calls and use the navigation from the phone at the same time through Entune.

Your problem sounds familiar. I think the phone is turning it's speaker control over the vehicle, but the vehicle is not accepting it. I recall there is a setting on truck's display to change the Source to your phone, but you lose the radio when you do this.

Mine does the same thing. I don't have the Nav package so that may be the reason. Patch the phone via the 3.5 jack(AUX), your GTG then
