How does the mirror riser work?

IT COMES WITH THE HANDLE? IF SO ILL TAKE IT

 

There is a tailgate latch/handle without a camera, but includes the pigtail to add a camera.

Then there is a camera that can be installed with a screw that already has the pigtail connector sodered to it.
