Coffee Stain

    Hey guys so quick question about trying to remove a coffee stain on my seat.

    Yesterday I had my coffee mug in the side pocket of my backpack and I forgot I still had some coffee in it. The bag tipped over and some coffee spilled down the side of the seat. At the moment I didn't really have anything handy other than some Resolve Pet Stain for carpet so I sprayed a little in the hope that it would help.

    Anyway there is still a bit of a stain any recommendations on what to use to get it out? I know the fabric on our seats are a little fickle.

    The Bissel little green machine or pet machine are great for spot cleaning seats (and carpet). You put soap/water in one side and the vacuum nozzle sprays and sucks at the same time as you pull it across a surface.

    Another option is "Tuff Stuff" cleaner. Often found at auto parts stores or hardware store. You spray on the foam, let it sit a couple minutes and then wipe it off.

    Steam clean.

    A local detail shop can steam your seats and carpet for you.

    The problem with shampooer machines is they use bristled brushes and put a lot of wear on the fabric and carpet. Our carpets are not very wear tolerant they are pretty thin.

    Steam will also sanitize the area and eliminate odors.

    Or maybe get some Wet Okole seat covers. they look great and will really save your seats in the long run.

    Great I’ll give that tuff stuff and the steamer a shot!

    Ya I figured a detail shop could get it done but figured I’d give it a shot myself forst. Anyway looks like steam is the way to go thanks!

    Haha right?! Well this truck is still new to me I’ve only put about 2300 miles on it. I was actually looking at wet okole last week but figured I’d wait till next payday to pick some up. Seems to always happen that way huh?

    I'll vouch for the Tuff Stuff,it removed a mean coffee stain on a seat.Spray it on,and use a vacuum to draw it out.Plus a nod for the Okoles,it takes a lot to stain them.
