Howdy folks! I wanted to create a place where we can plan local trail runs, social events, etc and not have them buried in a sea of regional posts. This worked well when I lived in El Paso Texas and that thread is still going strong. We had owners of all makes and models on our runs and saw some beautiful country in 3 different states. Like there, I didn’t know where the good stuff was when I began, however I was quickly shown and started organizing some fun days in the dirt. Let’s do this!

I'm down! Lets start to plan some trips. I was surprised when I moved here, two years ago, to see how there aren't as many Tacos out in the Hills. I understand there's a Toyota Enthusiast group here in RC that meet every 2nd Tuesday or something and go on trips, but they aren't active on TW.

Maybe we can make nice with them and co organize. Got a contact? I know a handful of people who are interested and not on here either. Some tacos, some others. Doesn’t matter jack squat to me what they drive as long as they have fun. I’m excited to get this thing rolling.

I just put new batteries in the google machine and turned up one thing, a July event put on by the TLCA/DTC. It’s a multi day trip that sounds super rad but comes with a list of rules that might not suit everyone. I’m wondering if this is the group you are thinking of.

It won’t be long till it drys up and the trails are ready for us. I usually plan for a day trip, bring lunch, drinks, dogs, a wife and things that go PEW! Currently looking for a decent hand held CB so I can ditch the 2 way radios and stay in touch with the group easier. Hopefully we start gathering more folks soon.

Was told about this thread from EODwick, so decided to drop in and post a pic, say what’s up! If this dream is still a thing count me in! Currently rocking the no leg day for me look on my 18’ TRD-OR, will be installing the Trd Pro grill when i get back in town to compleat that super not so unique look everyone thrives for! Trails and guns sound good to me!

    Hey y’all,

I have a temporary gig at McNenny Hatchery and I look forward to exploring BHNF over the next couple months. Y’all have any recommendations?

Yeah I’d love a trail day other Mike! There are so many Tacomas around town we should be able to find SOME fun people to wheel with!
