Hi new member here, just had a 4 inch lift installed with 33s on my 2000 tacoma with 145,xxx miles. I now have a leak of power steering fluid and my entire rack and pinion is shifting when i turn the wheels. The bushing is worn and needs to be replaced. I suspect this movement flexed the rack causing the leak in the seal.

Can this portion be rebuilt or do i need to replace the entire rack and pinion. Curious on approximate cost and if this is something I could knock out in a few hours? Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you!

The shop is Hunters 4x4 in sacramento, had a pretty poor experience. They stated the leak was from a defective hose line from the pro comp kit.
