The truth right here. My wife and I dropped almost $40k on student loans last year but can still save money, put money in retirement accounts, eat out and buy fun toys without worrying about being able to pay bills. I can’t wait for those loans to be paid off, it will feel like getting a huge pay raise.

    Easy.

No kids. No real retirement. Better than the average american’s savings (aka not much). That’s it. Just piss any spare money you have away on truck parts. :spending:

I think I owe about half left on my truck. All mods paid for (which is probably the full truck price by now).

If I could go back in time to when I had 285’s and save the money I spend on what I have now. Yes 100%.

I’m able to fund projects with patience. I’m lucky that I get paid weekly at my current job. There’s 4 months out of every year with 5 Fridays. The other 8 months I live off 4 paychecks. I base my budget around that and once a quarter I get a 5th check to put towards whatever I’d like :D

Check my build thread...too much to list.
Honestly the military has been good to me. I got lucky to be in a career where sometimes they decide to pay me extra for more time.

Hardly. I just choose not to waste my money on a mall crawling depreciating asset. I also can smell the ridiculous amount of bullshit people spew on this forum.

Aye I'm a journeyman ironworker. I do pretty well, but the union takes alot out. Plus the downside is, I usually have to stick pretty close to a major city, so my cost of living is typically kinda high. Other than that I live a pretty jewy life(I can say that I'm jewish) I just want to pay this thing off first so I can do whatever to it without worrying about the bank owning it.

Tell me, am I bullshitting you if I think your skill of sniffing out bullshit in forums is great and you should take it on the road?
