And to your comment, I ALWAYS stand up to any LEO that abuses his power. Sometimes is hard to get through his woodblock head but he has a superior and I have the right to follow up and file a complaint

Have done it a few times and also got a cop severely disciplined. Yes, I am proud of it, is OUR right and DUTY to stand up against abuse of the law.
In many cases this truth and fact is suppressed by censorship and/or retaliation.

Exactly. And all she asked for was for McD's to pay her medical bills for serving coffee that was far hotter than any human could possibly consume without causing 3rd degree burns. Watch the movie. There are even pictures of the poor lady's private parts that would make your skin crawl. But again, greedy consumer trying to squeeze the kind, corporate giant is the title we all hear.

 

I take the lid off my coffee because I consider hot coffee to be an inconvenience. I’m trying to slam that diesel. There’s no reason it needs to be at critical corium levels. I for one welcome our “sensibly heated beverage” overlords.

 

BS. Watch the movie. There is absolutely no reason to serve coffee that takes 15 minutes to cool down to a temperature at which it can be consumed without harm. None.

 

This is one of the reasons I bring a JetBoil on car trips. When I make coffee or tea, I bring the water to a boil. If it's too hot to guzzle, I sip it.
Not only has McD's coffee been tepid for years, it even tastes bad now.

 

Well. I got my truck back. They didn't see anything, but they tightened up the u-bolts and other suspension parts.

I drove around during lunch, and I felt like the issue was still there. However, it's easy to fall prey to mental bias and the placebo effect. This especially true give the sorry state of California roads and highways after the two-month near monsoon that we had in Feb and Jan.


I drove around on a newly paved road, and I felt nothing. Case closed i guess.


I give dealerships a lot of shit, but they took my car in this morning and had it to me by lunch time.

They also upgraded my Engine Tune without any hassle 6 months ago. I know a lot of MT owners are having trouble with that.

 

The leaking diff fluid was the result of mental bias and placebo?

 

People on this site seriously make Cup A Soup or instant noodles w/ tepid water for safety's sake? McD's can shove their ChildSafe coffee.
