We could fit your truck on the bed and still be able to hit 70.


My team’s normal config was a pallet (407L aircraft pallet, not a small wooden pallet) in the bed and towing a 24’ 3-in-1 shelter on a 1022 mobilizer. Total bed load 1.4 tons, trailer load 10 tons.

We’d be happy to hit 45 at full load, but we were normally only moving from the air head to the site.

Best time to go would be the day after a rain storm. @CarmenSanDiego ran it with her peeps and went after a rainy day. She said it runs a lot faster and no dust!

Yeah it sure does. You have to add a charge controller and that is what you wire to the battery and the solar panel. Its like a constant trickle charge during the day. For me its peace of mind. My first big trip with me and my son, i killed the battery on a small mountain in the national forest 14 miles away any help. We had to mountain bike that distance where we luckily found some help. Since then, ive made sure it wont happen again ever

renogy kits are pretty inexpensive too
