RTT Quick Release/Anti-Theft Mounts-Front Runner

I took a gamble and tried to use these with a custom roof rack prototype. I love them and the idea of them but they simply will not work on my custom job. I just can't afford a Front Runner rack so going a different route.

I have all original hardware, instructions, and keys. There are a couple of minor chips out of the paint due to the engaging of mounting hardware.
