Rear suspension, is this normal?

Washing my truck yesterday and noticed my rear leafs look basically flat. I’ve only got 23k miles on it. I don’t tow very often and it’s only a utv under weight rating. I know everyone says the leafs suck but wasn’t sure if this was normal or if I should take to dealer.

Yep. Tacoma stock leafs are mostly flat. That’s why they ride like garbage for a truck that’s not meant to carry heavy load.

 

SOA (spring over axle) setups like Tacomas tend to be more flat than spring under axle setups, which have more arch. Tacoma stock leaf springs are notoriously flat, it's normal. Unless you add leafs to them or have a heavy duty aftermarket leaf pack.
