I've debated buying one but I'm still hung up on the P365 for a subcompact carry gun. I shot a buddies a while back and thought it was pretty nice. Nothing extraordinary but for the price they are going for these days I think they are as good as anything else with the same size and capacity. The trigger isn't nearly as smooth as the one on my PPQ but given how amazing that one is it would be hard to match in a tiny little pistol. I can't speak to overall reliability though as I only put a few magazines through it.

It's pretty similar to the shield, but costs hundreds more. Had one, traded it off for a g19

I don’t know how many times I’ve come back to ye ole G19. Most recently from an M&P 2.0 Compact. Great gun. Shoots good reliable etc..., but it just doesn’t carry like a G19.

Yeah it got some decent traction on /r/longrange, I tend to steer clear of the bigger gunnits.

Decided to go with motorcycle parts for now, but it seems prices are pretty comparable. LGS and PSA both had them at identical prices.

Could fill them with wood glue or something and sand etc.., but you will never hide the chip unless you paint over everything.

Does anyone have a good tutorial on making a gun case? I have a bad ass SKB case, but it has no foam, so I wanna glue some foam in it to hold my gear.

Was thinking maybe hot glue? I saw something on using contact cement.

That or upholstery cement. 3m super 77 or high strength 90. Just spray both materials and let it tack up before applying them.

Does anyone know of a shop that can replace the reticle in a Leupold scope?

I have a 1/8 MOA dot in my target scope that has become very difficult to see. Obviously, the scope is at fault (Oh how I wish that was a true statement!) Anyway, I would like to have the reticle replaced with one with a slightly larger dot.

I am pretty sure Leupold can do it - I have not talked with them yet. I am just looking additional options.

Ability to see or not, I did win 1st in my class in one of the matches this weekend!

Just refinished the grips on my Ruger MK1 (1965). I stripped them and then did 4 coats of tung oil.

I don’t know the age of this one. It was my dad’s. I rarely shoot it.
