ok so I have a question about wheel upgrades/changes whatever.

I have a 2012, 4 door long bed with stock 17” wheels. I’m looking at grabbing some TRDs online. They said
    • 11-mm. with 4-mm. wheel offset widens the overall vehicle track width by 0.9-in. (22 mm.) for more aggressive stance
Does aggressive stance mean “tires stick out wide like a dipshit high school kid who’s daddy bought him a jacked up gmc” and If so, how much. I’m gonna lift and go 285/70/17 so is that a good move?

I tried to figure it out, but it’s too much for my little brain to visualize. Pics would be amazing or even a crayon drawing. Help me. I’m just a big dumb gorilla

    Thanks

Do you have a link to the specific wheel and specs? Depending on the width of the wheel, a 4mm offset will most likely stick out a little but not too much. I have 17 x 8.5 wheels with -10mm offset and 305 tires and they look like this. If you're looking at an 8" wide wheel then they will be about an inch further in than mine. If it's a 7" wide wheel it would be almost 2" further in than mine. But I'm not sure what the 11-mm with 4-mm offset is saying.

They are saying an inch, but thats overall. Pushing the wheels out almost 1/2" each side is nothing.

Props for owning your medical condition.

Haha yeah. I’m not scared to admit it. Hopefully my boy at Toyota can hook me up. We shall see.
