    Stock....ish
Numbers are tough especially with all the mods done to it. Being a last year model and everyone hates the 3rd gen I would assume you could get somewhere in the low $30k range with the right buyer.

It would kill me to see trade in numbers though. Main reason I could never part with my turd.

I will give you a dollar! I hear you on the 3/4 ton lifestyle. Just weighed the sequoia while hooked up to the travel trailer and it’s maxed out at towing capacity.

I went the lazy route with my 2016 with around 32k miles and sold it to Ressler for 29.5k. I removed all my mods so that was a stock truck with k02s added. Probably not similar enough to help you at all.

What 3/4 ton are you looking at going to? I absolutely love my Power Wagon.

While sitting at Canyon Creek Brewery enjoying a cold one, the wife and I were talking about the upcoming camping season. Looking like we are going to sleep under the shell again we need some curtains or something to keep the sunlight out. I look over and she is searching TacomaWorld... Ain’t life grand!

    want or need? o_O

one of us...one of us... pinterest is also helpful for that kinda stuff too. but do check out the threads in our new Outdoors subforum for Taco specific stuff
i've seen a lot of folks get the roll of reflectix stuff and make custom cut window inserts with velcro or something to keep it in place. easy to take down, totally light blocking, adds a teeny bit of insulation, and pretty cheap and easy. this stuff

Not really sure. Was looking at a 2013 Silverado 2500 HD with the 6.6L Diesel at a used car lot in town. I'd actually get better gas mileage than my Taco (13mpg's) and have a lot more room for my kids. Plus, I'd like to be able to haul a trailer at some point. All kind of up in the air. Can't afford a car payment.

Want at the moment I guess. Really can't afford an upgrade unless I can manage a straight across trade. lol

Got to like 56F today. Tonight seemed like a good night to change my oil. Plus, the Maintenance light came on telling me it was due soon anyhow.

And then tomorrow night parts of MT have winter weather advisories. LOL

Now that we're seeing summer gasoline again I'm gonna try taking my URD MAF Calibrator off again. Really hoping to get better than 13MPGs.

13 mpgs!? HOW? I currently get around 13.5 mpg in the city with my v8. Funny I actually get better mpg in the city than I do on the interstate (12mpg @ 80mph) due to the roof basket and the tool box I normally keep strapped up there.

I've been able to get out and explore the past few weekends. My wife and I loaded the kids and the dogs up and headed to West Rosebud. Made it all the way to the lake. Road was pretty clear all the way up. When we got there it was still pretty early, cold, and windy. We loaded the kids back up and let the dogs run about 5 miles back out of the canyon before my old dog (6 year old shepherd lab mix, with hip issues) decided he'd rather ride in the back of the runner, instead of keeping up with our Border Collie puppy who has endless energy. Headed to East rosebud, made it all the way to the private community. Ended up at the picnic area next to the creek, had lunch with a nice view of the canyon.

Anyway does anyone have any other recommendations of trips I should take? Preferably day trips. Just looking too get out of town and explore. I know its a while out before its clear but is the trail to independence mt open to vehicles or ATV/UTV only?

Even in my '16 I only got ~13.5mpg without my rooftop tent mounted, so I believe it with all his mods. Only change from stock with my tent off was 275/70r17 tires and sliders. I still kick myself for selling my V8 4runner

oooff. I'm pushing ~17mpg at 80mph in my 8500lb Super Duty on 35's. Cost of ownership makes it a bit of a wash though (fuel filters, 14qt oil changes, etc)

I USED to get good mileage. Im interested in getting a trailer here pretty soon. I hope it wont drop anymore. If it does then i might be looking at a re-gear.

Yeah pretty sure no one has ever thought tacomas get good mileage. Winter gas, sand bags, and 4wd driving doesn't help either.

My Taco weighs in at 5,900 lbs with me and my dog in it. I'm over-geared with 4.56's on 33" tires.

If I could find the right buyer to get what I'd want for this truck I could buy a used Silverado and get 16/24 MPGs, have a V8, ability to tow, and more room for my kids. lol

But I doubt I'll find the right person to pay me what I'd need out of the truck to make it worth selling.

Make a FS thread here. Folks here are your best bet to get a good price for the truck + mods.
