    Hello fellow Tacoma enthusiasts,

I've got a 2006 Tacoma 4cl 2.7L 2wd manual transmission. This forum was was very helpful in determining I had a broken water bypass hose and needed to repair by installing the new metal bypass pipe as other folks had done. Leak problem solved!

Though after completing that repair, my truck won't idle on it's own now, I have to press the gas pedal continually. I've tried to troubleshoot by:

    -cleaning the throttle body
-ensuring all connections and hoses are attached securely
    -new air filter
    -cleaned the MAF
-Disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for 10min

Any ideas on what I should try troubleshooting next?

My bet is you missed a connection. Do you have a CEL?

Thanks! I did take the throttle body and manifold off again to see if I missed any connections and don't see anything missed...No CEL displaying.
