Got time for some single torque table goodness in there somewhere? My transmission shifts just fine.

Is it weird I still experience the exponential powerband feel at times when accelerating vs it being more linear?

Since the current tunes do not have ACIS modified on them yet, I expect you'd still feel the sling shot feeling after 3500

It is also in the works at the same time

There will be a lot of time and code invested into this MASSIVE code patch. If you guys have any recommendations of what you want added. Please feel free to throw out ideas and we will see what is feasible.

Gearlock simply activated by shift lever to S, no need to press ECT. And ECT still functional in D.

This is being worked on. Can't promise it yet but we've got the RAM bytes for S-mode and may be able to do new things with it.

    @OVTune

The manual guys (and i'm sure auto guys), would still love to see the locker-anytime done in software. The wiring method has pretty much stalled as there is no good way to impliment disabling ABS and ESC nicely.

Dialing in DEFCO is also high on the list for the MT guys.

I saw you mentioned it, but getting the torque tables improved for MT would be excellent.

Thank you for the update, and STILL working on the weekend.....

Once I find the RAM address for the locker (assuming the ECU in fact controls it and not an aux system) anything is possible.

Nice. I don't have a locker so it doesn't really effect me. I can tell you that the 4x4 ECU is the source of power for the locker, and all the sensors for it connect there. Same thing for 4x4 mode changes. I am putting the Plug and play harness for 2wd low, but a way to do it in software would be pretty sweet.

    Manual transmission here
    1000-2000 RPM herky jerky weirdness
Kill the first gear rev hang. Going from 1 to 2 in this truck has been awful since day one. Definitely worse in some gears than others.
    More engine braking
Single Torque Table for consistency in every gear

This @OVTune would be cool. Locker anytime.

@OVTune random question for you. There was a case with John Deere where farmers were modifying code for the tractors or whatever and they threw a fit and sued the farmer for like code/IP theft or something like that. Someone correct me if i'm wrong. Just wondering how toyota feels about all this. Sounds like they don't care. I know tunes have been happening for years so it must not be an issue. John Deere are just assholes?
