    Hi there,

    Im interested in the OME 887 5100 w/the 3 leaf progressive kit.

    My truck has a leer xr on it. Is the 3 leaf aal adequate for my setup?

    Thanks!

    Usually the single leaf does better with the caps since they tend to add about 200lbs to the back.

    Now we do have a FAQ that goes over the various rear lift options (blocks, add-a-leafs, add-a-leafs vs. full lift leaf packs, and the differences of each of the Dakars) too which that could be helpful to check out as well.

    Thanks for the super quick response!
    Single leaf it is then. Thanks for clearing that up. I assumed more leafs(3 leaf aal) would be able to support more weight than the single aal.

    yeah that is a common misconception. They are 3 longer thinner leafs which their initial design intent was to make the factory pack more progressive for added flex and performance off-road.

    We do not have a standing discount because we try to offer everyone the best price possible. We have found that our competitors will mark their prices up like 10% in order to offer discounts like 5% off. Keep in mind everything on our website includes free shipping as well.

    We do also offer special pricing on some of the upper control arms and most Icon products (12% off of the MSRP that Icon lists on their site) . Aside from this we also have our kits which have discounts built in.

    @HeadStrong Off-Road

    I just about to purchase but I'm unsure of the right coil to get now. Is the 887 going to give me too much height in the front for my setup? Should I go with the 885?

    Thanks again!
