Good black frame paint and primer

Mild lift and some tasty bits

I've done a little body work but nothing serious so I am looking for a little advice.
What's a good quality primer and black frame paint to buy?
I'm going to be painting some sliders, a bumper, a trailer, and a few other things. Should I head down to Ace and buy whatever they have or are there good and bad brands.
I'll be spraying it through a cheap HVLP gun.\
