New in box, slight cosmetic damage from shipping. Works fine

The area of damage has no critical componentsbehind it, only insulation, the inner liner has not been affected and is water tight. Heat loss due to crushed insulation in that small area would have no significant effect on performance

Buyer pays shipping: 17x22x29" 64lbs from 06035...you do the estimate

So did ARB just give you a new one and you got to keep this and sell for pocket money?

seems like a lot more than a cosmetic damage

You can spend another $450+ on a new one and have a fridge that functions the same.

$450 might be a bit much I've seen them around $750-800.... I was just saying it looks like the insulation is punctured

Yeah. That’s definitely more than “slight cosmetic damage”
Most likely already got taken care of by ARB and trying to make money back

I spoke to ARB today. The area of damage has no critical components behind it, only insulation, the inner liner has not been affected and is water tight. Heat loss due to crushed insulation in that small area would have no significant effect on performance.
