Just wondering if anyone has a tutorial of photos of how to remove/access the license plate lights? I bought an LED kit and didn't get to them yet.

There are tabs at 3 and 9 o’clock on each side of the light. Use a long thin screwdriver to depress one side, then the other.

It took me a minute to figure the first one out. The second was a breeze.

A word of advice, make sure the tabs on the LEDs are pushed out so that they make good contact with the light connector. Mine currently don't and my plate lights strobe, which is super annoying.

I haven't had a chance with the winter to get back in there and fix them.

Roger that @JimboAnz I should have figured ROB DA MAN had a video for it

@STrooper You bet! I'll probably put them in tonight.

@Moose256 Yepp, glad its just a typical snap fit retention tab(s). Wasn't sure if I would be able to remove from the outside or not.

@MikeyMcFly Yes, gotta have good pressure & hold on the tabs. I did the same thing with my dome light and the little search lights above the center console.

Thanks for the info & help fellas. I just didn't get to searching it yet while I was at work.
