Simple upper walkers this evening. Two in lemon pepper, two in Uni-Dust.

That'll be a good test. I love lemon pepper chicken.

Odd you say that, I do too. But at this moment, chikken tenders marinating in zesty Italian, a few more waiting for unicorn rub. Grilling tomorrow night.

I tend towards it more on wings or chicken breast for tenders, but I do like it. For thighs, quarters, or whole birds, I like where this unicorn is going as a Meat Massage alternative :D.

Sous vide a little brisket to go in the mac last night. Seems like it's even more tender when I do this.

Paired it up with a hotdog and a sausage.

Thread had been a little slow as of late. Time for another cook off, maybe?

I'm down to host and put up some prizes. What say you, @Kanyon71 ?

More importantly, what say all you grilling/BBQing/cooking fiends? Should we do one? What categories? Format? How to judge?

Anyone down for one in, say, late April or early May? We can discuss what categories we want to do. Let's hear your interest and your suggestions!

It'd be for all Tacoma World members. I'll find some links to ones we've done in the past. Not perfect since we judge by pictures, recipes, and cook info, but it's still a lot of fun.

Eventually, we can maybe make this a meat and greet cook-off and do it in person.
