    4 - Quickfists
    various hardware
    Color matched Duratex roll-on paint

    That's pimp as hell man.

Big Sky Rack sells a commercial version of that (no quick fists), the SBR-1 or -2 which I have. I like yours almost better though!

Both have to be cinched to the last notch to keep the AR's from rotating.

    Front:
GO BETWEEN QUICK FIST CLAMP - ITEM #80010

    Rear:
ORIGINAL QUICK FIST CLAMP - ITEM #10010

I also bought a set of the MINI QUICK FIST CLAMP - ITEM #30050 which will also work on the rear but will grip tighter without using the last notch position.

Started playing around with this in fusion 360 some, got another bracket design that could be cut via plasma then bolt a t slot extrustion to it. Would take care of all the welding, all fasteners at that point.

I'd be interested in seeing what you've got so far. Feel free to post some screen captures of your model here.

I'm going to meet up with my friend and try to take some dimensions of his 3rd gen before I go any further and see if I can make it fit in both. Hopfully post something back next week.

Nevermind I had some free time at work while the cnc mill was running.

So basically the dimensions are not correct but the line on the face of the bracket would be the bend. Then the Tslot directly bolts it it.

Ill run some on the table next week and see what lengths look correct.
