Truck sluggish and lots of smoke out of exhaust after oil change

That works too . This is happening too frequently it seems. By the way, many modern cars have no dipstick, just some stupid oil level graphic buried in the display menu somewhere. I'm sure most know about that though.

 

Just make sure that when they refill the transmission, they don’t put transmission fluid in the radiator overflow bottle.

 

Does anyone else find the dipstick incredibly hard to accurately read fresh 0w20 with?

Rough the dipstick up with some sand paper, really helps to see the oil level

 

Yes I tried 15 minutes and several times throughout the day. I just poured 6 quarts and called it a day. Gonna try the sand paper suggestion

 

I even YouTubed some tutorials just in case. Thought I was retarded.

OP. take it back and have them fix it. Voice concern over potential transmission damage. Not sure what you can get from it but might be more than if you keep quiet.
